In the building industry, companies come and go, but Parker House Inc. has stood the test of time.

When Dan Parker established Parker House in 1973, remodeling was the main focus of the company. Over the years, Parker House has increased its scope and now constructs luxury, high-end homes.

The name Parker House is highly respected in the industry and has become synonymous with well-built, quality homes. Parker House’s use of only the finest quality materials available and their unwillingness to cut corners ensures a house that will last.

The experienced and dedicated staff closely supervises every step in the building process and provides an unparalled attention to detail. Parker House employees demand the highest standard of themselves and their subcontractors, resulting in a superior final product. Parker House takes great pride in its houses and continually strives to reach new levels of excellence.

    Dan Parker
Dan Parker graduated from Texas A&M University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. He worked his way through college as a handyman and painter and then formed a framing crew comprised of Aggie students who worked for him framing apartment complexes. After graduation, Dan moved to Houston and continued to frame houses working as a building superintendent. Soon after, Dan established Parker House Incorporated in 1973 and concentrated his business on remodeling homes. In 1985 he changed the course of the company to focus on new residential construction. Since then, Parker House Inc. has been associated with building the finest quality homes in River Oaks, West University, Tanglewood, Hunters Creek and Piney Point.

Dan believes in ongoing communication with his clients and provides them with the detailed information and tools they need to ensure the process is both successful and enjoyable. Providing a comprehensive timeline, starting with the permitting process and ending with the final punch list, directs and aides staff with scheduling and ordering materials to ensure the project stays on track. This timeline also assists homeowners by allowing them to understand each phase of the building process and allow for the timely selection of their decorative finishes. Dan provides cost breakdowns to each homeowner and follows expenses very closely. He proactively informs homeowners of possible overages so they can make the best decisions and keep within their allotted budgets. Dan takes his reputation and integrity seriously and builds accordingly. His main focus is to please the homeowner and build a home that will make everyone proud.
